ORDER
1. How do I place an order?
Reservations can be made in several steps:
1. Select the items you want to order
2. Select 'Add to cart'
3. You can choose 2 options: continue shopping (to continue shopping) or proceed to checkout (to proceed to payment)
4. If you choose to continue shopping, repeat step 1 to add more items
5. If you choose proceed to checkout, you will be taken to the next page to process your payment

Payment steps :                        
1. Summary: View and reconfirm your order. You can use your voucher (if any) on this page
2. Sign In: Sign Up as a new member / Login as a member                     
3. Address: Enter your shipping address and Special Request (if any)  
4. Shipping: Choose the shipping options for J&T, JNE, NCS or JYSK Fleet      
* JYSK fleet can only be selected if transactions above Rp 3,500,000, - and within certain areas of Jakarta           
** Please check the "Terms of service" column to continue the order process
5. Payment: Make sure all orders and details of your ordered items are correct. You can choose the payment method on this page               
* Don't forget to include your reference number when making payments                        

2. Can I make an order on the JYSK website without having an account?               
Yes, you can place an order without having an account with several steps:    
1. Select the items you want to order                  
2. Select 'Add to cart'                     
3. You can choose 2 options: continue shopping (to continue shopping) or proceed to checkout (to proceed to payment)                 
4. If you choose proceed to checkout, you will be taken to the next page to process your payment                     
5. After you check the details of your ordered items, you can fill in your shipping data in the "Instant Check Out" column                  
6. Then you just need to continue the order process as question number 1             
We encourage you to create an account to get full information about your products, promotions, and order history.        
                        
3. How can I check the status of my order?                        
You can check the status of your order after you have confirmed payment in the following way:                      
1. Click Check Shipping Receipt                      
2. Enter your order number in the AWB No. column.             
3. Click 'Check' to proceed            
4. Will I receive an order confirmation after completing the order?            
Yes, you will immediately get a copy of your order information via the registered email         
                        
4. Can I change the payment method for my order?                   
If you have confirmed the final order, you cannot change the payment method         
We encourage you to place a new order and send information about canceling your previous order          
We will immediately assist you to cancel the order             
                        
5. When will I receive my order?

6. How do I check the product delivery time?             
On the Shipping page, you can check the product delivery time by clicking "See Shipping Time Estimate"          
                        
7. If the shipment of my order is wrong / incorrect, what should I do?           
If there is a delivery error for your order, please immediately send information by clicking the following link: Contact Us                     
We will immediately assist you to carry out the verification and exchange process for the product you ordered
                        
If the item you have received does not match the number of your order, please return the item to us                        
If the item that is lacking is a bonus / gift, we will immediately send the missing item to you

8. If I receive defected / damaged products, what should I do?

10. How do I use my voucher?                         
Vouchers can only be used when you are about to confirm an order                      
1. You are on the Summary page that contains the order details                     
2. Enter the voucher code in the 'voucher' column on the Summary page  
3. The total of your order will be adjusted to the nominal voucher you entered

11. Can I use several different vouchers in one order?

DELIVERY

1. How much does it cost for shipping?                         
The shipping cost will depend on the tariff in each region along with the dimensions (volume) of your order

2. How to check the shipping cost when I make an order?

3. Can I schedule delivery of the order?                       
At this time, you cannot schedule an order delivery because your order will be processed immediately after we confirm the order and we receive your payment

4. Are there certain areas that are not included in the JYSK shipping area?
We can send your order to all parts of Indonesia through JNE and Primatama expeditions

Specifically for Jakarta area shipments, we will serve with JYSK shipment fleet with the following terms & conditions:
Free Jakarta delivery area + installation
a. Minimum purchase of Rp. 3,500,000
b. Delivery
    Maximum H + 3 from invoice date
c. Installation
   Maximum H + 1 after the item is received (after confirmed)

5. Can I take my order at the JYSK office?                       
You cannot take my order at the JYSK office

6. Can JYSK do international shipping?                       
At this time, JYSK has not been able to do international shipping            
                        
7. Where can I request official proof of receipt?

INSTALLATION SERVICE                        

1. Can I request installation services for purchasing products?                        
    Yes, we will provide special installation requests for furniture products, in the Greater Jakarta area with a minimum purchase of Rp. 5,000,000

You can use the installment program on every item you order with a minimum transaction of IDR 2,500,000 for 3 (three) months installments, and IDR 5,000,000 for 6 (six) months installments       
2. How can I join the JYSK installment program?     
Hope you ensure that your credit card is included in the JYSK installment program list and is still active    
3. Can the payment be made by cash / transfer?            
At this time, we do not provide installment payment services by cash / transfer          
4. How long is the installment period available?                       
We provide a 0% installment program for 3 (three) months and 6 (six) months    

7. How do I know if the payment has been successful or failed?      
We will send payment status information to your account if your payment has been successful and we have received         
                        
8. If I cancel an order I have already paid, when can I receive my refund?                        
Refunds can only be given in the form of a voucher value, we do not service refunds in the form of cash / cash             
Voucher value is a refund based on the nominal order that you returned to us, which can be used for new orders on the JYSK website            
The refund process can take a maximum of 5 (five) working days        

9. If I make a payment using the bank transfer facility, how long is the deadline for making payments?
